Memorandum of Understanding with Nikopol City Council on Joint Activities for Free Legal Aid

Department of Education and Science of Nikopol City Council and NGO "Ukrainian Fortress"

in order to involve children, parents of participants in hostilities in the ATO zone, in IT courses, recognizing the need for joint action, creating a platform for fruitful cooperation of government, public and business institutions, guided by the principle of joint efforts to achieve this goal

have concluded this Memorandum on the following:

• The Parties shall unite their efforts to achieve this goal by organizing joint activities aimed at raising awareness of persons under the jurisdiction of Ukraine on the involvement of children, parents who are participants in hostilities in the ATO zone, in courses on IT technologies, assistance by conducting courses in IT technologies, disseminating information on the Internet.
• The Parties shall facilitate the activities of the other Party by:assistance in conducting and involving children of parents who are participants in hostilities in the ATO zone in courses on IT technologies.

Based on the above, the Parties undertake to work together to achieve their goals, to build their relationship on the basis of equality and honest partnership
